When will my order arrive?
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. When your order is dispatched we'll email you, with tracking where available.
What's the last day to order for Christmas?
We'll confirm our final Christmas order dates here in early December. Couriers are at their busiest in December, so we recommend ordering by mid-December.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible. We'll refund your original payment method. See our returns policy for the details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
How can I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards, plus the other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card details.
When should I order an advent calendar?
Order in November so it arrives before the first door on 1 December.
